A number of posts have been popping up around the interwebs criticizing the support, or lack of, in the WordPress Support Forums. I won't link to these posts, not because I don't respect what the writers have to say but rather to avoid any potential flame wars. I don't know about anyone else but I really like the redesigned backend of WordPress. I find the current iteration much more functional while the colour scheme is subtle and pleasing.
