WP Engine Introduces Pre-Pay Hosting

WP Engine, a company that specializes in WordPress hosting, announced earlier today the introduction of pre-pay hosting.

Starting today, new and existing customers have the option to pre-pay their hosting for 12 months and receive 2 months hosting for free.

The idea is fairly straightforward: rather than pay for hosting on a month-by-month basis, you now have the option to pre-pay for one year. By doing so, you’ll save an amount equivalent to 2 months worth of hosting. In other words, pay for one year up front and get 2 months for free.

Using their Personal Plan as an example, the cost to you would be $29/mo on a month-to-month basis for a grand total of $348 by the end of the year. Paying up front gets you the Personal Plan for a grand total of $290. A pretty good deal, yes?
