BackupBuddy is a great plugin and one I use here at WPCanada. Generating a backup takes mere minutes and so does the reinstall process. The plugin comes packed with a multitude of options but not so much as to overwhelm the user. At some point in the near future I’ll do a review of this plugin.

The release of v3.0.37 adds the ability to add notes or comments to individual backup archives. This is an important feature addition. Perhaps you want to add a timestamp to a backup archive. Or maybe a comment like “pre-WordPress 3.4 backup” or some such thing.

For more information on BackupBuddy head over to the PluginBuddy site. PluginBuddy is a division of iThemes.
